What a day!!
Thanks to everyone who took part in our 2nd birthday party celebrations on 23rd Oct 2011.
It was a fantastic day!
At 11am the entire display cabinet was filled to capacity withfreshly rolled sushi, by 12.30pm it was all gone! Approximately 500 rolls. Wow. You guys really love your sushi!
We kept rolling and tried our best to keep up with orders….we really tried…in the end we simply ran out of ingredients and had to close our doors at 2pm. Thanks to all those who waited patiently, sorry to those who missed out.
Next time we’ll have to roll double the amount of sushi….which will mean a VERY early start for us. woohoo!
Yes it was very busy, hectic at times… but it was great to see so many happy faces turn up and enjoy the day with us!
Congratulations to all the lucky winners of our Japanese Lotto– over $200 worth of sushi wave vouchers, 100 boxes of japanese biscuits, dozens of chopsticks and green tea packs.
